After creating a new file using the
project-sensitive New File wizard, it needs to be
opened in the editor, as the NB 3.x TemplateWizard
does.

Fixed as part of the JavaTargetChooser rewrite.

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen. Thanks in advance.
