[dev-200404191800, JDK 1.4.2_04, Linux RH8]

I had 4 projects opened and I restarted IDE. It
opened with blank Projects view (no projects
shown) but Files view was showing all opened
projects. Also all editors were opened correctly.

After next restart everything's OK.

Probably dupe of a bug which is already fixed.
