please assign to correct subcat

running in other locale, with pseudo localized
message files, 
see following messages on file->new initial window
as not coming
from those files

NOTE - I have tried to analyze all the localizable
jar files
as to the new layout in ide4, netbeans4, projects4
directories,
so if the messages noted below are in bundle files
of some jar
files, please let me know name and location in
product of those
jar files and I'll see if its my error - but I do
see most cases
as messages coming from jar files

1. window header - New File - Choose File Type

2. Netbeans Extensions, Modules API, Ant Script
for Module items

a. in the 2nd panel of that wizard, all of the
entries on right side
like Name, Project, Folder, Created File
(this is true no matter what file type is chosen
in the new file
wizard)

3. Choose Template - one on left side, one on
right side

4. Description label

5. In the description section, the words for any
file type
is No description, which does not come from
message file,
but also, the template descriptions of the various
jar files
have been localized, as in previous netbeans, and
the descriptions
always came from these files
(this could be a problem in en locale also ?)
