When clicking any of the More Information links in
the new Welcome screen, the URL
nbresloc:/org/netbeans/modules/welcome/pages/TBD.html
is passed. 

With Mozilla 1.5, the warning "nbresloc is not a
registered protocol" warning dialog appears three
times, which is particularly annoying.
