Originally reported in issue 38871. See that issue
for the screenshot of the Watch window.

 The table headings are still a bit off (spacing
is strange) You can look at the Debugger
implementation to see an example of a table that
has cells that are editable, along with headers
that are moveable. (Window | Debugging -> Watches,
right click in that window to get the "New
Watch..." context menu and add a few watches)
