Cut & paste from issue 38871. See that issue for
the attached gif of headers in tables. 

Here's a description of the behavior of all tables
in the Servlet and Filter wizards. 

5) The table headings are still a bit off (spacing
is strange) You can look at the Debugger
implementation to see an example of a table that
has cells that are editable, along with headers
that are moveable. (Window | Debugging -> Watches,
right click in that window to get the "New
Watch..." context menu and add a few watches)

I do not know if the current version suffers from the described problem. IMO it
does not. Even if it does it does not sounds like P3 to me.

I don't think it is a bug.

There is no need to have movable (and sortable) headers in these tables.
