I downloaded the latest development version 
(1204) and can no longer mount any local 
filesystems. I deleted all folders and files 
left after an uninstall and then did a clean 
install but the problem still persisted.

Could you provide some more info ?
Some steps how to reproduce ? 
Does it happend with new build ?

Could it be duplicate of issue #38479 ?

It has very similar symptoms as Issue 38479, so I'm closing it now as
a duplicate of 38479, as 38479 has more info inside.
