User problem:

Even with the visual Form editor in the ID,
producing decent user interface in Java is not
straightforward and requires detailed knowledge
about Layout managers, and other details about AWT
and Swing.

User need:

User needs to be able to easily and quickly
produce desired implementation of user interface.

Product requirement:
-----------------------------------
Improve the form editor to be more usable by
developers with less skills in AWT/Swing/Layout
Managers.
