Description Jesse Glick 2003-06-20 17:14:27 UTC
Two useful options to add to ATE would be:

1. Toggle display of the Output Window. For some
uses, there may be no need for the user to see the
output, it should just be quiet. Perhaps this
could be tied to logging level, e.g. at MSG_ERR
you can probably hide the output tab unless and
until there is a real error.

2. Toggle display of the Execution View. Simply
provide a flag to pass null as the process name to
ExecutionEngine - this will suppress display of
the process in the Execution View, desirable for
some use cases.

Is this RFE still needed in light of the new build system?
Comment 2 Jesse Glick 2004-05-01 03:05:54 UTC
The Execution View is no longer shown by default.

Have not heard any details or confirmation that this is still valid,
so won't fix for now. Reopen if you really still want this.
Comment 3 Marian Mirilovic 2005-12-20 16:02:26 UTC
This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now.
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen.

Thanks in advance.
