Description Milan Kubec 2003-03-25 12:46:59 UTC
IDE should offer to user default Projects folder
when opening project. The location is known, since
NPW uses it as default location for creating new
projects. The location could be among other
locations offered to user when opening project.

It already works, but it's not persisted accross IDE sessions. This
will be solved by issue #27803.
