build from current CVS trunk, j2se 1.4.1_01, win XP,
CVS profile (win 2000)

- invoke any command with GUI style
- set compress level != NONE
- click "set as default"
- do command
- restart the IDE
- begin from first step, see compression level:
  it is NONE again

Yes, this is already a known bug. No global settings are persistent
after restart. There's already filled issue #22533 for that.

Yep, that's right. Verified as duplicate of another issue.
