Plug in that uses and displays settings specific
to SUN JVMs, like those for garbage collection
tuning, memory management or tracing.

Svato, please, what is this task about? Isn't it duplicate of issue
#28984 or issue #28654?

Nope, issue #28984 blocks this one (this is implementation task). The
task is for execution, so UI for stuff like assertion enabled (for
what packages), various hard to find, but useful VM switches (see
nbusers@ for fine tuning) etc.
Issue #28654 is UI for java compiler from SUN (also an impl task).
