can you add SQLJ supporto to the ide?
borland jbuilder and oracle jdeveloper has this feature.
you should enhance the editor to recognise sqlj and the 
debugger, to debug the sqlj statements and not the java 
code auto generated.

Issuezilla is not a great place to suggest major feature additions
like that. Best is to ask on nbdev if anyone has already made such an
attempt, and if not, try doing it (see contrib.netbeans.org for
technical details of how to share works in progress).
