Second panel where user enters Project name and
home dir for that project contains checkbox "Use
recomended location". After unchecking it only
button Browse is enabled, but the text field is
still greyed and disabled. It should be enabled to
type actuall location from keyboard.

See issue 27689 . There was code in there to enable the
textfield but it was commented out; I think because there
are a lot of problems in this area. I've had a discussion
with Vita about this and for now we're going to remove
the checkbox. See the above referenced issue for reasons
why it's broken.

"Fixed"; the checkbox has been removed. The project file
will now always reside in the project home directory.
The code is still there and can be easily reactivated
once reference points are available and we can make this
(project files separate from project homes) work correctly.
