Target's of ant script's should be selectable via
combo box  in editor window, exactly the same way
how in the case of java  code are methods/fields.

Possible dep on issue #20532, I don't know. Would require a completely
new editor kit, or at least for Ant module to plug in a "scenario"
akin to DTD and Schema, which require stabler XML APIs.
