Adding new organizers should be done throught
wizard, because it very likely that after creating
an organizer user will add/import some sources
into that organizer. And it could be done in next
panel of such wizard.

The uispec is clear on that, organizers are created by special action
available on Sources Node and all organizers underneath.

current work on projects prototype has been stopped.
