Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 9
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 9+181

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Open dialog "Open Project"
  * Select an existing netbeans project
  * Click on button "Open project"

ACTUAL:
  nothing happens

EXPECTED:
  Project should be opened
