Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_111
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.111-b14

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  C++ source code in editor pane
  View->Show Line Numbers clicked
  Projects/Navigator/Classes windows are side tabbed (not top tabbed)
  Created a horizontal tab with one of the windows. No change, no line numbers.

ACTUAL:
  Load successful but there are no line numbers.

EXPECTED:
  Line Numbers to be present
