Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201510222201)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_60
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.60-b23

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Open dialog Foo
  * Click on button "Click me"

ACTUAL:
  nothing happens

EXPECTED:
  message pops up

On editing some file in language other than english  (for example, Russian) keyboard is active,  and open any popup dialog box (for example, to add some file or directory by right clicking on a directory of projects window) and change the language by pressing "Shift+Alt" to English and press Ok, changing of language of keyboard will stop working.
