Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.2 (Build 201705191307)
Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_131
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.131-b11

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Open dialog Options
  * Change any setting, for example Java -> Maven -> Maven path
  * Go to javaFX, and enable the JavaFX module

ACTUAL:
  The options dialog closes, and opens again, undoing any change you have made

EXPECTED:
  I expect Netbeans to ask if I would like to save the changes, or even to copy the changes I have just made to the new instance of the options dialog
