Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_131
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.131-b11

再现性: 每次都发生

步骤:
  * 打开快捷键对话框
  * 取消原有的复制快捷键Ctrl + D, 绑定其它操作为Ctrl + D
  * 确认操作

实际情况:
  按Ctrl + D, 没任何操作

预期情况:
  执行新绑定的操作
