Reproducibility: Happens every time

As I keep working with more and more Open Source projects from different people this starts to become an issue. Each project might have different formatting, among others, rules. Seems that having the ability to have those in a per project basis would come in handy.

Only the formatting part is present per project, but tabs like On Save and others might impact projects as well. I believe the whole Editor option should show in a per project basis.
