Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.2 (Build 201609300101)
Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_111
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.111-b14

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * take some bookmarks
  * change the project group to an other
  * do something
  * change the project group to the original/starter group
  * try step to any bookmark (use Ctrl+Shift+. or Ctrl+Shift+,) -> empy bookmarks list BUT if you select the <Bookmarks> option (Open Bookmark window), the bookmarks are there, in the window. just you can't select/don't appear in the selection list.)
ACTUAL:
  bookmarks are not in the selection list
  but they are showen in the bookmarks window.
  (sorry my bad english. :) )

EXPECTED: 
  show bookmarks in the selection.
