As in other IDEs like IDEA, WebStorm and Editors like Visual Studio Code or I think Atom too, you see a little preview of some common shortcuts when you open the Editor or the IDE and you didn't open any files to edit. It will help users to get some shortcuts when they are working the very first time with NetBeans. I will add it.

I will close it, because it will handled now at the JIRA board: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-1935. Please discuss it there for further information.
