Operating System = Windows 8.1 version 6.3 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_60
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.60-b23

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Open dialog Foo
  * Click on button "Click me"

ACTUAL:
  nothing happens

EXPECTED:
  message pops up

The start up page, brings up What's New, and under it is News & Tutorials And Blogs:  both say "Error while loading content"  .  
I hit the reload button and Nothing happens.
