Netbeans build log.

Hi, 
I have similiar problem as this bug: 250950

1. added new plugin to NB project in file <project>/nbproject/project.properties 
2. during build, cordova uninstall some plugins, but does not install them again 
In this example is missing plugin Cordova-sqlite-legacy. Log is attached:
