Screenshot. One dependency already has sources, downloading is not available (should download for the remaining two dependencies).

If multiple Maven dependencies are selected, Download Javadoc/Download sources is only available if none of the selected have Javadoc/sources. The command should be available if at least one of the dependencies does not have Javadoc/sources.
