Gloria, I'm marking this as a task for future reference. It does not 
have to be documented for 3.4.

Already done. In "New CVS Wizard" it's described under "CVS Connection Method", in "Mounting a CVS 
Directory With Generic VCS Support" its described under "Accessing Servers With Nonstandard Ports". 
Perhaps it could be indexed better, but I'm closing the bug.
