Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Open dialog Foo
  * Click on button "Click me"

ACTUAL:
  nothing happens

EXPECTED:
  message pops u

I don't understand how the 'STEPS' and 'ACTUAL' elements ended up in the yellow comment box below : i didn't put that there. However, that's incorrect.

The case is simply this : the 'What's new' tab on the Start Page displays 'cannot connect to the Internet' even though the Internet connection is alive and functional. No amount of fiddling has made it possible to correct the problem. However, the 'All News' ad 'All tutorials' buttons work, albeit they do NOT launch with the default system browser, unless it's already active.
