linker libraries control

If a large UI font size is selected, some of the UI controls do not scale to match.

i.e. netbeans_default_options="--fontsize 24"

A non-complete list of problem controls is:

Project Properties -> Linker -> Libraries
Project Properties -> Packaging -> Packager Files
Project Properties -> Related Projects -> Projects

See attached screen image for an example of a UI component that does not scale.
