Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Fold something.
  * Close Netbeans IDE.
  * Start Netbeans IDE with same parameters as before.

ACTUAL:
  Folding state for sections is not preserved.

EXPECTED:
  Preserve folding state in IDE
