After closing PHP project the tabs with open files from project no close as if not to belong to the project.

Interesting that you're using Yii - my projects are Yii too, though mine are Yii2.  Not sure if this bug appears in PHP projects that aren't using Yii support.

This bug is likely reproducible only for files underneath directory that contains composer.json (or package.json or bower.json). Could anyone confirm it, please?

I just verified that it is caused by project convertors. Reassigning, Tome, could you please review the proposed fix? I will attach it right now.
