I am working not netbeans from past 2 years, and its a great experience for me. It was working great until yesterday, but today suddenly its not opening. when i double click netbeans icon, it shows the progress bar as usual it opens up on task bar but its not showing its window, no any single window, just opens on taskbar.
Invalid. Try 8.1 and file a new issue with details if it happens again.
Created attachment 163890 [details] Same issue is occurring on my PC as well. I am attaching the output logs from NetBeans I can see netbeans opened on my PC, I can see the icon on taskbar. But I am not able to get to the window. It is not visible and isn't responding. Currently I am using NetBeans 8.1. And PFA the logs I captured.
The same problem happened to me in Windows 10. Splash screen would show up and Netbeans would show up on the preview when hovering over the icon on the taskbar but no matter what shortcuts I used to try and maximize, nothing worked. Uninstalled Netbeans and all Java installs, tried Java 8 with current and earlier versions of Netbeans to no avail. I ended up being able to resolve the issue by hovering over the Netbeans icon on the taskbar, right-clicking the preview and clicking "maximize". I think it had something to do with window management in Windows 10 that kept Netbeans from being displayed
right-clicking the preview and clicking "maximize" Worked for me Please notice: The window not showing up, occurs when my laptop is disconnected from my second monitor
