Options page for Node.js

The "Help" button on the Options->HtmlJS->Node.js dialog does nothing when clicked. Attachment contains the relevant screenshot.
Tested on NetBeans IDE Build 201510070002, Windows 8 (32-bit), Java 8u66-ea
