Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201510060002)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_60
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.60-b23

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
In the Options of NetBeans, tab General, there is down Usage Statistics. And there is blue link to the website - Learn more. It has wrong url - http://www.netbeans.org/about/usage-tracking.html, which should redirect to http://netbeans.org/about/usage-tracking.html, but it wont.

PS: This is occuring only if you are not logged it in the website bugzilla. I tried all known browsers, deleted cookies (to not be logged in) and then after clicking on Learn more it open browser and failed to load http://www.netbeans.org/about/usage-tracking.html with error: site is not accessible.

Also the same issue is on the website www.netbeans.org, when I click on Home
