and to console is written log :

Could not work with top component reference
Windows/WindowManager/Ed
iting/editor/Welcome.wstcref and update its mode,
reason: Wrong settings format.

Welcome top component throws NPE during creation.

Welcome Screen is the first what we are showing. (although closed
Welcome Screen save time - for closing it :)
