This will allow from git bash we can push changes to gerrit for code review. if committing code through net beans can run commit message hook to add the change id to commit message footer.

More than 3 years later, nobody has been talking about this? Does Netbeans really not plan to support Git pre-commit hooks?

I will close it, because it will handled now at the JIRA board: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-775. Please discuss it there for further information.
