Operating System = Windows 8 version 6.2 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_13
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.7-b01


Document tab in the css window not selecting items properly. When new item is selected it keeps jumping from the newly selected item to the previously selected one, causing the styles of the newly selected item to constantly switch with the styles of the previous one in the selected styles rule window (or space below) .
