Similar to bug 244047, it seems that I have to reinstall the Crome extension each time I want to run my application. chrome://version gives Google Chrome 36.0.1985.103 (Official Build 280322) beta OS Linux Blink 537.36 (@176821) JavaScript V8 3.26.31.8 Flash 14.0.0.145 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/36.0.1985.103 Safari/537.36 Command Line /usr/bin/google-chrome-beta --user-data-dir=/home/viggo/.config/google-chrome-beta --flag-switches-begin --flag-switches-end Executable Path /opt/google/chrome-beta/google-chrome-beta Profile Path /home/viggo/.config/google-chrome-beta/Default Variations e950616e-4bb42f6b c70841c8-4866ef6e 9e5c75f1-9ed9b656 89ddaf11-6fd07e77 24dca50e-837c4893 ca65a9fe-91ac3782 8d790604-6be0018b b2612322-f8cf70e2 5a3c10b5-e1cc0f14 244ca1ac-e1cc0f14 5e29d81-cf4f6ead 3ac60855-486e2a9c 246fb659-6e597ede f296190c-65255996 4442aae2-4ad60575 ed1d377-e1cc0f14 75f0f0a0-6bdfffe7 e2b18481-bca011b3 e7e71889-e1cc0f14 cbf0c14e-bf3e6cfd
I use Netbeans Build 201408020001 on Ubuntu 14.04
The problem is that you have Chrome Beta 36, which has user profile located in /home/viggo/.config/google-chrome-beta while Chrome stable has it located in /home/viggo/.config/google-chrome And NetBeans are looking for the "stable path". I'd suggest you to install Chrome stable, it is already at version 36, so your beta is outdated.
I'm using Version 44.0.2403.125 (64-bit) and have exactly the same problem, I have to reinstall connector each time. I can file separate issue. as in case of "non-beta" chrome, definitely, it isn't P4, P2 or P1?
sorry, I miss it's 2014 issue.
