Project after restart of ide.

Netbeans IDE 8 closed with open Java-Project.
When started again project is not executable.
Run-Buttons and "Clean and Build", "Build" etc. in context menu are greyed out. Pressing of "F6" does not execute Program.

When Project is closed (Right-Click in "Projects" View and "Close"), IDE is restarted and Project is opened again it is executable again.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
