rhp195: After selecting a js file, I selected the Minify JS option on the context menu to minify it.  Nothing happened.

I guess based on stacktrace it is this [1] plugin that causes the problem. I reported it to the plugin [2] so closing as won't fix since this is 3rd party plugin issue.
