The Internationalize menu should be changed to this state:

Internationalize...
Insert Internationalizatized String...
--------------------------------------
Internationalization Wizard
Internationalization Test Wizard

i.e.:
- swap the position of first two and last two actions
- insert separator in the middle
- remove elipses ("...") from the two wizard actions
