1) Menu items in Tools -> Internationalization
   - get rid of elipsis (...) of the * Wizard
menuitems
   - change order of the actions:
        * Intenationalize
        * Insert Internationalized String
        * Separator
        * Internationalization Wizard
        * Internationalization Test Wizard    

2) Intenationalize action dialog
   - first time has the dialog wrong size

3) Arguments dialog
   - should align the "add" and "remove" buttons
by the first list
   - the lists should have the same width

Sure, run IDE in the new user dir. Then invoke "Internationalize"
action on some java file.
