Implement a simple detection executed against the
runtime the IDE runs with. The result should be
definition of "default" platform, the same Java
SDK as used to run the IDE. If such SDK is already
configured, it will be assigned the "default"
flag, allowing the configurable properties to be
customized and persistent between sessions.
