When adding a new platform, the IDE must be able
to probe the new platform for its default
properties. Implement a probing mechanism which
will query the basic properties of the platform,
find out what the basic runtime and extension
libraries are.

Implemented. All platform properties are stored in the Java platform
definition file and user can access them using Java platform API.
