Please try to open the attached HTML file in HTML5 project:
  - place cursor to line 7, column 55
  - type "v"
  - invoke cc

=> visible and value are offered

  - press Esc
  - invoke cc again

=> no suggestions

It happens randomly, but when it does, Navigator for the HTML file contains only single node, html. Usually some editing in HTML file helps to get it working again.
