It would be handy to disable all kind of Netbeans code checks for thirdparty files.
When Netbenas detects errors in css or js files (and other) in thirdparty components, there is just not much you can do about it.

As for CSS files, you can now open any css file and click on bulb icon on the first line (if there is any error in the file) and filter out parsing errors in file/folder/parent folders. It doesn't solve JS, but it could help at least for the CSS files.
