My templates are as HTML/JS in version 7.3.
Version 7.4 doesnt support this category and can not use same templates in 7.34.
Templates exist in Netbeans template directory.

Fix categories for templates when user creating new file.

Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.3.1 (Build 201306052037)
Operating System = Windows 8 version 6.2 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_25
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.25-b01

Could you add these templates manually one by one to 7.4? HTML/JavaScript was renamed to HTML5 in 7.4
