hey guys, i had just booted up my windows 7 laptop and noticed a weird thing: an important project folder was gone missing. i put the hard drive inside my pc and still couldnt find the missing folder(i trie d everything) i even tried using an data recovery(multiple ones) but not one of them could find the missing netbeans Folder. can anyone please tell me how i can get the folder back and the scripts back like they where since this is an important project(worth allmost $1500,-!!) i havent done anything weird and im pritty sure the files where saved since i tested the website(using the play button inside netbeans itself).
Did you use ftp ? We can do nothing without any log or steps to reproduce.
no i diddnt use ftp and there are no logs just disapearing folders: steps: 1) worked on a project. 2) saved project. 3) shutdown pc. 4) booted up pc. 5) opened netbeans. 6) saw the project disappeared so checked in netbeans projects folder 7) noticed they where not there either 8) took out my sata drive and plugged it in my pc 9) noticed that even with the pc ouldnt find the folder 10) used 2 data recovery softwares to see if the files exist on the hard drive itself. 11) could not find ANY trace of them. these are all the steps and im pritty sure the folder was there since i had worked on it and now i had to work on a backup... which is like an half year of work lost.
