Thanks, it seems like author of code not believe that one day there will be JDK 8 ;-)

However, cannot deploy right now (there are untested changes in the queue). Leaving this open, need to update manually also existing DB entries with jdk8, since affected method is used for parsing and storing short names of VMs into DB.

fix is deployed and existing DB entries updated.
